I hope that each of you have a happy and safe Thanksgiving today! Remember, just cause its a holiday of eating doesn’t mean we have to over indulge. I am just hoping that I can handle the two dinners that I am going to today. YIKES! Enjoy the day with out guilt and then get back on it on Friday. Just don’t forget our good friend portion control!
